Sintra & Cascais E-Bike Tour

This tour is the ultimate way to experience the magic of Sintra away from the crowds. Over eight hours, you will cycle through the mystical mountains and discover the secrets of this UNESCO World Heritage site—all with the effortless support of our electric bikes.

The Experience

Our journey begins at the historic Rossio Station in Lisbon, where we board the train to Sintra. From the romantic palaces hidden in the mist to the sun-drenched coast of Cascais, this tour offers a perfect balance of history, nature, and adventure.

The Itinerary

• The Village of Tales: Our first stop is the heart of the village, next to the Sintra National Palace and its iconic white chimneys, where we’ll taste the famous traditional Queijadas de Sintra.

• Palaces & Estates: We pedal through fairytale landscapes, passing the enigmatic Quinta da Regaleira, the elegant Seteais Palace, and the exotic Monserrate Palace, all surrounded by lush vegetation.

• Breathtaking Viewpoints: After a unique lunch in an authentic local spot, we climb to the Peninha Sanctuary. From this natural viewpoint, you’ll have a stunning 360-degree view of the coast and the wild Guincho beach.

• Cabo da Roca Extension (Optional): For those seeking an extra thrill, we offer an optional extension to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, "where the land ends and the sea begins."

• The Portuguese Riviera: We ride along the scenic coastal bike path to Cascais. We’ll explore its magnificent bay and the charming old fishing village before heading back to Lisbon.

• Difficulty Level: Moderate (An active full-day adventure, made easy by our premium Bosch electric motors.)

• Duration: Approximately 8 hours.

• Meeting Point: Lisboa Autêntica Shop (Largo da Severa 7A).

  • Note: Our area is pedestrian-only. If arriving by Uber or Taxi, set your destination to Praça Martim Moniz (a 2-minute walk from our shop).

• Pick-up: From your accommodation in Lisbon to the starting point in Sintra.

• Drop-off: From Cascais back to your accommodation in Lisbon at the end of the activity.

• Note: Includes transport for both participants and bicycles. Subject to availability and confirmation.

A full lunch (main course, drink, and coffee) selected to showcase regional flavors. Price: €20 per person.

• Cabo da Roca: The visit to the Cape is an optional route extension.

• Booking: Advanced booking required (minimum 24 hours notice).
