Classic Bike Tour

Travel back in time on our wonderful vintage bicycles. Manufactured between the 1950s and 1980s, these "classic beauties" are perfect for a pleasant ride with low physical effort and a nostalgic feel. We invite you to slow down and feel the Tagus breeze on a flat and engaging route.

The Route: From the Heart of Mouraria to the Waterfront of History Our tour starts at the Lisboa Autêntica shop in Mouraria, where local tradition meets every corner. From here, we head towards the river, crossing the iconic Praça do Comércio to join the flat bike path along the Tagus.

Pedaling calmly with the river on the horizon, we head towards Belém, where history is carved in stone. Along the way, we will admire:

• Discoveries Monument: The monumental symbol of the voyages that changed the world.

• Belém Tower (UNESCO): The Manueline jewel guarding the Tagus, a World Heritage site.

• Jerónimos Monastery (UNESCO): A world-class masterpiece viewed from the outside to appreciate its historical grandeur. (Note: this tour does not include entry to the church).

Flavor and Contemplation After feeding the soul with history, it’s time to treat yourself. We will stop to taste the iconic Pastéis de Belém at the city’s most famous bakery. We will also enjoy the calm of the Belém Gardens, pass the Presidential Palace, and see the modern Coach Museum before cycling back to Mouraria.

• How to get there: Our shop at Largo Severa 7A, 1100-588 Lisboa is in a pedestrian area. If coming by Uber, Taxi, Metro, or Bus, set Martim Moniz Square as your destination. Largo da Severa is just a 2-minute walk away.
