Terms and Conditions of Service
Company Identification
The service is provided by Lisboa Autêntica, with registered office at Largo da Severa 7A-7B, 1100-588 Lisbon, NIPC (Tax Number) 513 706 429, registered with Turismo de Portugal under RNAAT number: 680/2015.
Scope and Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and sale of tourist animation experiences, including, but not limited to: guided walking tours, electric bike tours (e-bike tours), van tours (VAN), bicycle rentals, team building activities, and experiences, marketed through the website https://www.lisboaautentica.com.
Bookings and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: A booking for any activity is only considered confirmed after the issuance of the respective confirmation voucher sent via e-mail or other digital means. Bookings can be made through the website, by phone, or by e-mail. Payment may be made in full at the time of booking or, by prior arrangement, directly on-site before the start of the activity.
- Prices: All prices indicated on the website include VAT at the legal rate in force.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Google Pay, and in cash on-site.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In accordance with legislation regarding distance contracts, the right of free resolution (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to leisure services with a specific date. Therefore, we are governed by the following policy:
- Cancellation by the Client:
- Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Between 48 and 24 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours or "No-show" (non-attendance): No refund will be issued.
- Delays: The maximum waiting tolerance is 15 minutes. After this period, the activity may begin without the client, being considered a "No-show".
- Cancellation by Lisboa Autêntica: We reserve the right to cancel activities due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions that jeopardize safety, or lack of a minimum quorum of participants. In these cases, the client may choose between rescheduling the activity or receiving a full refund.
Insurance
Lisboa Autêntica guarantees the coverage of insurances mandatory by law for tourist animation activities in Portugal:
- Personal Accident Insurance: Policy No. 206786936, Allianz Insurance Company.
- Public Liability Insurance: Policy No. 206782825, Allianz Insurance Company.
- Note: The insurance does not cover theft or damage to the bicycles.
Code of Conduct and Safety
- E-Bikes: The use of a helmet is recommended. The client declares themselves fit to operate the equipment and assumes responsibility for damages caused to third parties or to the equipment due to negligent riding.
- Health: The client must inform the organization about any relevant physical or dietary restrictions before the start of the activity.
- Exclusion: Lisboa Autêntica reserves the right to exclude any participant who appears under the influence of substances or displays aggressive/dangerous behavior.
- Minors: Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by adults, who assume full responsibility for their actions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, routes, and tour concepts) is the intellectual property of Lisboa Autêntica, and its reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
Use of Image and Data Protection
Lisboa Autêntica may capture photographs, videos, or audio recordings during activities for archiving or promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.). However, this collection and use of imagery will always be subject to the prior consent (verbal or written) of the participants. By granting consent, the participant authorizes the use of these records free of charge and for the legitimate purposes of the company. The participant may, at any time, revoke this authorization.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for consumer matters.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For any emerging dispute, the competent jurisdiction shall be the Comarca (District) of Lisbon.
