In this fun and hands-on workshop, we open the doors of our kitchen so you can get your hands dirty and learn how to create the authentic Pastel de Nata, from the crispy puff pastry to the perfect custard.
The Experience
After getting geared up, you will head to the kitchen to learn how to prepare the irresistible Pastéis de Nata, a true crowd favorite! The Pastry Chef will teach you every stage of the Pastel de Nata recipe.
The experience begins by preparing the specific puff pastry for this delicacy, just like true professionals. Next, we will prepare the filling from scratch—the secret that sets this sweet apart from all others. During this class, we will work as a team. Each participant will have the opportunity to make at least three pastries, from rolling out the dough to filling them with custard. The result will be a true collaborative masterpiece. At the end, you will enjoy your warm Pastéis de Nata accompanied by a drink.
